If you are suffering from chronic pain, you can sometimes feel very isolated, or as if no-one is listening to you. We aim to listen carefully to your concerns, and what you understand about your pain. We can then develop a tailor-made programme to help you understand your condition better, and to support you to be the best that you can be. We don’t just focus on exercises; although these will be an important part of your programme. We feel that it is also important to empower you by helping you to learn about what is happening to your body and ways of staying in control, rather than your body controlling you.
